Occupy Wall Street had
not started while I was working on this book illustration; but the
debate over whether the US would increase its debt ceiling was ongoing.
I created the model for the politician/corporate director from the faces
of two politicians that particularly annoy me; the body from a third. I've long been critical of the US government's history of treaty-breaking with the Nations that occupied this country before the white folk got here. Why, in a society where "all men are created equal," are the rights of the powerless trampled upon; rather than being protected? |

| The religious leaders
came to arrest Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. Peter took his sword, and cut off the
